Managing Director
Per has 10 years of experience with developing research based companies. His experiences include Pascal Medical, a Swedish medical device company where he was the CEO between 1998 and 2002 at what time the company was successfully sold to Medtronic Inc., a leading medical technology groupHe has also served with CIMON Medical, a venture capital group in the medical technology area. Before joining Pascal Medical he worked for Nobel Biocare (publ.) in international executive positions for more than 10 years.

Lena Mårtensson Lindblad
R & D Manager
Lena holds a PhD in Pharmacology, and is since 2006 an assoc. professor at the Faculty of Science at Göteborg University. She is one the initiators of the research program Marine Paint, as well as one of the inventors and patent holders of the Selektope concept and one of the founders of I-Tech AB.

Dan Isaksson
R & D Chemist
Dan holds a PhD in Organic chemistry. He joined
I-Tech after a two year post doc within the Marine Paint project at Chalmers University of Technology / Gothenburg University.

Cecilia Ohlauson
Regulatory Affairs Specialist
Cecilia has been working with regulatory affairs since 2008. Cecilia has an academic background in environmental science and ecotoxicology of biocides and will defend a thesis on the topic in 2012. Prior to her academic career Cecilia worked with quality matters within the pharmaceutical industry.

Philip Chaabane
Business Development Director
Philip holds a MSc in Material Science Engineering from Luleå Univeristy of Technology as well from EEIGM, France. Philip has extensive experience from leading positions within business as well as operational activities in R&D and Production in an international high tech environment. Prior to I-Tech Philip worked as Business Development Director and Engineering manager at PowerCell, a start up company in the Volvo Group Venture Capital portfolio, as well as various operational responsibilities within Volvo Aero Corporation
